Room to think.

A decision can look right on paper and still feel wrong. Perhaps you have reached a goal and wonder what comes next, or find yourself at odds with what your role asks of you.

We give the question time and undivided attention, find words for what matters, and explore where you can act or let go.

What you bring.

Bring a decision, an unfinished thought, or a feeling you cannot yet name. You may want room to think before taking a position, even if you already have trusted advisors.

You might be a founder deciding what to build or what follows an exit, or a leader considering what technological change means for your work. We look at the choices and responsibilities that fall to you.

You may need to set a direction with incomplete evidence, choose between competing priorities, or lead people through changes you are still making sense of yourself.

When the question calls for a technical evaluation, technology assessment helps you judge the options and their consequences.

What I bring.

My training in philosophy helps me examine assumptions, make distinctions, and follow an argument. Research and team leadership have taught me to work with uncertainty: what to test, where to commit, and which possibilities to keep open.

I translate between disciplines and social worlds, helping you find language that others can understand without losing what you mean.

My meditation practice draws on pragmatic dharma and mindfulness-based stress reduction. It brings sustained, open attention to shared experience: how a thought takes hold, how a sense of self forms, and how we can let go.

How it works.

We usually meet for an hour, in person or by video. I listen closely and ask with care, thinking and feeling alongside you. There is room for silence.

I ask about what you value and what is already working. I offer words and distinctions for you to try. You decide whether they fit.

You may hear yourself say something you have never thought before. We can explore what it makes possible.

If we continue, we usually meet a few weeks apart, with time to see what holds in daily life.
