Practice.
Ways to work together.
We look closely at what shapes your life and work: the choices you face, the systems you build, the habits of your mind. My practice takes four forms: personal counsel, technology assessment, meditation coaching, and MBSR courses.
Personal counsel.
You keep returning to a decision, yet the available answers do not quite fit. We give it time and attention, so you can clarify what matters and see where to act or let go. This can concern your own direction, the people you lead, or the strategic choices facing your organisation. Read about personal counsel.
Technology assessment.
AI readiness, technical debt, or vendor lock-in may concern you. I examine your data, tech stack, processes, and AI agents from a holistic, socio-technological perspective, with people at the centre. Together, we make your question precise. You receive a judgment with its reasons, so you can see what a decision would commit you to and where you might gain more freedom and digital sovereignty. Read about technology assessment.
Meditation coaching.
We work individually on your meditation practice, whether you are beginning, meeting difficulties, or exploring how it can deepen. Coming soon. Read about meditation coaching.
MBSR courses.
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, offers a structured, scientifically proven way to explore how you respond to stress in everyday life. Coming soon. Read about MBSR courses.
How we work together.
We work with your explicit, informed consent, which you can withdraw at any time. I offer my judgment. The decisions remain yours. This practice provides neither therapy nor medical advice. If you need another kind of support, I will say so.
